Coaching
Imroving your skills, through coaching you will be listened to, have your thinking challenged and be encouraged to identify ways of moving forward, developing a plan of action.
Tailored to suit the individual, coaching can be either face to face or over the telephone.
Facilitation
As a facilitator Kate's approach is to identify key issues, encourage discussion and aid understanding.
Typically Kate is called upon to facilitate meetings in-house between groups who have communication difficulties or externally to gather viewpoints from a wide variety of representatives.
