Facilitiation

As a facilitator Kate's approach is to identify key issues and encourage discussion and understanding.

Typically Kate is called upon to facilitate meetings in-house between groups who have communication difficulties and externally to gather viewpoints from a wide variety of representatives.

Using both a direct and constructive approach, individuals and companies benefit from the balance of encouragement and challenge.

I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for facilitating our second Business Review Meeting last week in Bristol. I think your input has proved invaluable for both meetings.

I think both management and staff have benefited from having external input - as you know both meetings have highlighted difficult issues and I think you've helped to rationalise them, prevent people getting too emotional about them and to encourage people to think about positive actions they can take to address problem areas.
