Facilitiation
As a facilitator Kate's approach is to identify key issues, encourage discussion and understanding.
Typically Kate is called upon to facilitate meetings in-house between groups who have communication difficulties, to avoid conflict, develop strategy and to gather everyone's point of view.
She is also often asked to facilitate Away Days bringing a mix of her facilitation and workshop skills to the day.
Using both a direct and constructive approach, individuals and companies benefit from the balance of encouragement and challenge, enabling you to be confident in the outcome of your meetings or away days.
I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for facilitating our second Business Review Meeting last week in Bristol. Your input has proved invaluable.
Both management and staff benefited from having external input - as you know both meetings have highlighted difficult issues and you've helped to rationalise them, prevent people getting too emotional about them and to encourage people to think about positive actions they can take to address problem areas.
